Thomas F. Stack of Vineland and Tabernacle, NJ passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 19, 2010, after a long battle with illness. He was 81. Tom grew up in Norwalk, CT where his father, Frank, was mayor and owned and operated the Stack Hats Company. He was a World War II veteran, serving in the 1st Calvary Division of the Armed Forces. He worked selling electrical supplies for Klaff's Inc. for many years. He survived his first wife, Marian Budin Stack after 32 years of marriage. He was married to his second wife, the late Virginia T. Cramer-Stack for 20 years. They resided in Vincentown, NJ. Tom was predeceased by his sisters, Rosemary Stack McMahon (Donald) of Norwalk and Dorothea Stack Monahan (Thomas) of Seattle, WA. He is survived by his brother, Patrick Stack and his wife Barbara of Brookfield, CT; his stepson, Douglas A. Cramer and his wife Connie of Tabernacle, NJ; his grandchildren, Stephen Cramer and Jessica (Michael) Halpin; and many beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins. Graveside Services will be held at St. John's Cemetery, 223 Richards Avenue in Norwalk on Monday, January 26th at 1 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the NJ Veterans Memorial Home, C/O Activities, Lois Ballurizo, 524 North West Blvd., Vineland, NJ. Arrangements are by Lechner Funeral Home, Medford, NJ.
