Maddalin C. Southwick (nee Carriero) of Medford, NJ died Monday, December 28, 2009 at home. She was 80. Maddalin was born in Camden. She was an active member of St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Medford. She was a longtime member of the Medford Lakes Garden Club. Maddalin is the wife of the late Walter. She is the mother of Carol (Robert, Jr.) Hutcheon, Gail (J. Christopher) Wagner, and Brian D. (Jeanne-Marie) Southwick. She is the grandmother of Paul, Jennifer, Kaitlin, Andrew, Jonathan, Preston, Peyton, and Ashton. She is the sister of Theresa Young and the late Victor and Phillip Carriero. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, January 9th at 1 PM at St. Peter's Episcopal Church, One Hartford Rd., Medford. Starting at 12, relatives and friends may greet the family at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Maddalin's memory may be made to the church. Arrangements are by Lechner Funeral Home, Medford.
