Alice L. Corcoran of Medford, NJ formerly of Woodcliff Lake, NJ died Thursday, December 10, 2009. She was 95. Mrs. Corcoran was born in Worcester, MA. She volunteered at various orphanages and she enjoyed oil painting. Mrs. Corcoran is the wife of the late Richard Charles Corcoran. She is the mother of Dr. Richard Charles Corcoran, III of Corona, CA, Steven J. Corcoran of Stuart, FL, formerly of Medford, NJ and Jeffrey D. Corcoran of Forestville, NY. She is predeceased by her son, Richard Charles Corcoran, II. She is the grandmother of nine and great grandmother of eleven. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, 10:30 AM at St. Mary of the Lakes R.C. Church, 40 Jackson Rd., Medford. Relatives and friends may visit with the family Tuesday evening, 5-7 PM at the Lechner Funeral Home, 24 N. Main St., Medford. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Mrs. Corcoran's memory would be appreciated to Covenant House New York, 460 W. 41st St., New York, NY 10036.
