Dana K. Merrill of Medford, NJ died suddenly on Friday, December 4, 2009 at his residence. He was 63.
Dana served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War. He was a self-employed painting contractor.
Dana is the husband of the late Catherine E. (nee Harris). He is the father of Tara Fairbanks of Sicklerville, NJ and the late Lauren Merrill. He is the grandfather of Katelyn, Jaden, Dawson, Raina, and Skyler. He is the brother of Norman "Brad" Merrill, Jr. and his wife Elaine of Shamong, Sherwood "Larry" Merrill and his wife Irene and Elaine Springer and her husband Curtis, all of Florida. He is the brother-in-law of Ed and Elizabeth DiUlio of Medford and Bill and Ruth Harris of Medford Lakes. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held Monday evening, December 14th, at 7 PM at the Lechner Funeral Home, 24 N. Main St., Medford. Condolences can be sent at www.lechnerfuneralhome.com.
